Our Story So Far
Jacob has been playing music his entire life. Since the first day he sang into his personal tape recorder as a child, all he wanted to do was sing and play music. His voice was nurtured in the synogogue as well as when singing prayers with his family on the Sabbath.
"My name is Jacob Manfred Bigus, and I am a guitarist. I am a composer. I am a performer. I am a teacher. I am a student. I am a Jew. I am a Musician. I am a Human.
Many people think in words, stringing along endless phrases to make sense of things. Others think in image, internal representations and exaggerations of the world around. In my head all I hear is music, melodies and harmonies that represent my every mood. Through years of honing my crafts, I have shaped my musical thoughts into songs for people to identify with, including words based on universal themes matched seamlessly to musical ideas, helping them resonate in the hearts and minds of the listener. "
